Job Title

As a key support professional, you'll provide essential operational assistance to the General Manager and the broader Commercial team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-impact project in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You will have the chance to work with a dynamic team supporting Australia's SSN-AUKUS Build Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Commercial team to meet program needs.
  • Coordinate meetings and workshops, including preparing agendas and arranging logistics.
  • Assist in drafting documents, letters, and reports with a high level of accuracy.
  • Maintain and manage commercial data, correspondence records, and the commercial inbox.
  • Support the development and upkeep of commercial processes and policies.
  • Facilitate efficient communication and workflow across the Commercial team.
  • Contribute to the preparation and organisation of team activities and documentation.
About You
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in high-level office administration, ideally in a commercial or project environment.
  • Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Motivated and driven to support business outcomes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative systems.
Eligibility

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to an NV1 level. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
