Supply Chain and Quality Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain and Quality Director to join our client's team in the Asia-Pacific region. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a thriving business and drive ambitious growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute a global supply chain strategy aligned with business goals and expansion targets.
  • Oversee logistics operations, including warehouse management and international freight, to optimise efficiency and flexibility.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of supply chain and quality professionals.
  • Cultivate relationships with third-party logistics providers and contract manufacturers, ensuring they meet the company's high standards.
  • Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure exceptional results.
  • Oversee the Quality Management System (QMS), integrating it seamlessly with business processes.
  • Manage supplier audits and ensure alignment with quality standards.
  • Implement a robust quality training program to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain management within the pharmaceutical, clinical trials, or healthcare sectors.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • Expertise in managing budgets, vendor contracts, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic leadership abilities with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A commercial mindset, with the ability to drive innovative solutions and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Sound knowledge of c GMP, ISO, GDP, and other relevant quality standards.
  • Proven experience managing international supply chains and third-party logistics.
