Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced corporate chef to join our office operations team in Brisbane.

This role will involve assisting with the daily operation of the kitchen, including preparation of breakfasts, morning and afternoon teas, lunches, formal lunches and dinners, cocktail events, after-hours meals, sandwiches, and other catering requirements.

The successful candidate will ensure the provision of high-quality catering on the client floor is delivered to meet the expectations of Partners, Clients, and Staff of our organization.

Working closely with the Head Chef, the successful candidate will help plan menus that are well-balanced, seasonally appropriate, and meet the dietary needs of clients and staff.

The role also involves ensuring clear communication of dietary options for clients and staff with specific requirements.

Liaising with the Head Chef regarding daily, weekly, and monthly catering requirements and assisting in planning workflow accordingly will be a key responsibility.

Collaborating with kitchen staff to support daily operations, fostering positive working relationships, and contributing to the development and monitoring of team performance metrics will also be essential.
