About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and developing performance reporting frameworks, as well as analyzing operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement evolving reporting frameworks and dashboards to meet business needs
  • Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations
  • Create client-facing reports demonstrating results and improvement initiatives
  • Support continuous improvement projects and change management efforts

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in data analytics and performance reporting
  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView
  • Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and data visualization
  • Experience developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reporting frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
