Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage environment, preferably in a resort or hospitality setting.
  • A current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and Food Safety Certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Immaculate presentation and grooming standards, adhering to the resort's dress code.
  • Ability to work a flexible roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
