Our luxurious resort offers a unique dining experience, and we are seeking an experienced and professional individual to join our team as a Section Waiter.

We are seeking a candidate who has at least 2 years of experience in a fine dining setting, with exceptional customer service and organizational skills. You will be part of a dynamic environment, working with a small group of dedicated professionals who are committed to delivering the highest level of service. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and communication.

As a Section Waiter, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, working efficiently under pressure, and maintaining a high level of professionalism. You will have the opportunity to work in a prestigious fine dining experience, with a chance to progress your career and continue to grow in your role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to guests in a fast-paced fine dining environment
  • Work efficiently under pressure, maintaining a high level of professionalism
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests and the hotel team
  • Contribute to the success of the hotel's food and beverage operations
  • Participate in ongoing learning and training to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a fine dining setting
  • Exceptional customer service and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment with strong communication skills
  • Professionalism, punctuality, and a well-groomed appearance
  • Flexibility to work nights and weekends (RSA required)
