Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Port Douglas. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests in our food and beverage outlets around the resort.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to guests in our food and beverage outlets, ensuring a memorable experience for all.
  • Assist guests with menu, dietary requirements, and recommendations, ensuring accuracy with requests, orders, and service delivery.
  • Use our point-of-sale system to process transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure all service areas are immaculate, maintaining high standards of hygiene and food handling.
  • Previous experience in 5-star buffet or a la carte restaurants is essential.
Requirements
  • F&B Attendant or restaurant experience within a 5-star or high-end environment.
  • Ability to make complex cocktails and possess a strong knowledge of beverage options, including spirits and wines.
  • Able to work a 7-day rotating roster.
  • Previous experience is essential.
  • Immaculate grooming standards and strong communication skills are required.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate of Attainment is a must.
