**Key Accountabilities**:

- Lead and coordinate at a national level to deliver a customer experience that leads to repeat specification and usage across Himmel's specialised high-performance acoustic product range -specifically Ecophon range of products.
- Manage and deliver an accurate and up-to-date specification pipeline in Microsoft CRM - Project Tracking database nationally.
- Promote and educate teams nationally on Ecophon solutions and be first point of contact for technical and sales support.
- Grow existing client's usage of Interior Systems products through specification and project targeting in the commercial building sectors projects including health, education, office, hospitality and infrastructure.
- Deliver a tailored product and service offering to meet customer needs.
- Identify and prioritise market and customer growth opportunities.
- Develop presentations and present to external influences and customers.
- Develop and provide product education through CPD or seminar series to educate architects and specifiers on performance of Interior Systems products, including comparison to competing products and systems in conjunction with the Marketing Team.
- Forecast by customer and product for specific project requirements for inventory forecasting and budgeting purposes.
- Ensure the effective handover of specified projects to the Commercial Sales Team.

**About You**:

- Engineering, Business or Design qualifications which confirm the ability and skills required for the position.
- A minimum of 10 years in architectural specification including a track record of successfully securing large commercial and/or government projects.
- Demonstrate a track record of identifying new commercial projects and a proven ability to influence the specifier to use IS systems and ensure those specifications stick.
- Demonstrate an ability to work with technical solutions and develop rapport with clients so that they feel that IS can come up with better solutions for their projects.
- An effective communicator, work well within a team and be diligent in pursuing projects and converting them.
