Job Title: Bakery Leader

 

The role of a Department Manager in our bakery team is to lead daily department functions and work closely with store leadership and team members to ensure a great shopping experience for customers and a positive workplace for staff.

Leadership skills and department capabilities will be developed through our Store Leadership Pathway, providing the next chapter in your retail career. A strong focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork will be maintained by overseeing department operations, fostering a connected and high-performing team, and advancing your career as a leader within the company.
