About You

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Experience in managing teams and developing strategic plans
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
  • Expertise in public sector law, including employment law, work health and safety, and workers' compensation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
