Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Academic Programs: Implementing and overseeing strategic academic programs and processes that monitor and support student learning progression and growth.
  • Pedagogical Priorities: Leading the College's pedagogical priorities, ensuring the adoption of differentiated, high-impact, and innovative teaching practices.

The Director of Learning actively supports the College's vision and goals as a dynamic learning community and is committed to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
