We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and compassionate individual to work with clients, customers, community, and colleagues to improve wellbeing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide therapeutic services to designated participants utilising a strength-based service model.
- Coordinate the delivery of therapy services, assessing function and capacity, and providing therapy programs to children and adults with development challenges.
- Conduct assessments and contribute to the development, implementation, monitoring, and review of therapeutic plans.
- Visit clients at home and in the community as required.
- Liaise with medical and allied health professionals as necessary.
- Coach and support team members and carers to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Plan and facilitate therapeutic programs for participants and stakeholders.
- Attend review meetings, case conferences, and other meetings, ensuring accurate documentation.
