Clinical Therapy Services Coordinator

Our organization is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation, social connections, lifestyle options, therapy, and employment services.
We are seeking an experienced clinician to provide therapy services to customers on a needs basis while building on their strengths and developing sustainable long-term solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver goal-directed therapy services to children and adults in various environments.
- Support customers and others to develop and review individual therapy and support plans, ensuring goals are meaningful and meet individual needs.
To be successful in this role, you must believe in our mission to enable each person we support to live as an equal and empowered citizen.
You should be an experienced clinician with relevant experience in disability and/or paediatric services.
Requirements- Hold a current Driver's License and have your own vehicle.
- Be registered with AHPRA or hold membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee).
- Hold valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if applicable.
