We're seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to support the delivery of our E-commerce projects. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely project delivery, and reporting on project status.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
  • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, resources, budget, and risk management strategies
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing issues to keep projects on track
  • Conduct regular status meetings and provide project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals
  • Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring appropriate approval and documentation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role, with at least 3 years in E-commerce project management
  • Demonstrated success in delivering E-commerce projects on time and within budget
  • Solid understanding of E-commerce platforms (e.g., Big Commerce) and related technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships across teams and levels of an organisation
  • Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) is preferred
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
