Overview

Susquehanna Pacific is seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex infrastructure and technical projects. As a key member of our projects team, you will be responsible for analysing, designing, and successfully delivering projects that cross regions, teams, and domains.

In this role, you will work closely with external partners, business teams, and technical leaders to assess and document requirements, create plans and timelines, coordinate delivery, facilitate production handover, and communicate milestones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Documentation: Understand, clarify, and translate requirements into executable tasks.
  • Technical Influence: Contribute to, influence, and co-design infrastructure solutions.
  • Leadership: Engage stakeholders and team members, positively challenging existing processes.
  • Organisation: Attention to detail, tracking tasks and dependencies.
  • Decision Making: Suggest and introduce solutions/partners to move forward projects.
  • Pro-activity: Be a force for proposal and initiate improvement projects.

You will partner with global and regional technical and infrastructure teams, as well as related line of business teams, to deliver projects that consist of large technical infrastructure greenfield projects, upgrades, and integrations across the Susquehanna Pacific environment.

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience providing application and/or systems implementation and technical business analysis/project management services.
  • Background from financial services, datacentre infrastructure, service or telecommunication providers, as well as sales or network engineering.
  • Strong problem-solving experience required.
  • Skills in systems analysis to understand system functions and their inter-dependencies.
  • Ability to analyse, map, and validate complicated datasets.
  • Flexibility to take on tasks at short notice, as well as handle multiple tasks with multiple deadlines.
  • Knowledge of any scripting or programming languages to analyse and interrogate data is a plus.
  • Experience with agile and/or waterfall project management and software development methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and organise own work.
  • Bachelor's degree or similar experience level in a technical discipline.
