Senior Engineering Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineering Operations Manager to lead our site-wide engineering and maintenance operations in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position that requires full responsibility for CAPEX projects, new line installations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and team management skills, as well as proven experience managing CAPEX projects, including installation of new production lines.

The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple priorities, work effectively in a high-pressure manufacturing environment, and collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to align engineering with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all engineering and maintenance activities across the site, including managing a maintenance team.
  • Manage CAPEX projects from concept to commissioning, focusing on new line builds and installations.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and operations to ensure alignment with business goals.
Leadership Qualities
