Alumni Engagement Professional

About the Role:

This role sits within our Advancement and Communications Division, responsible for leveraging advancement information systems to identify individuals and cohorts for deeper engagement and connection with the university.

The ideal candidate will conduct research, provide reports, and recommendations that support the University's strategic engagement with alumni, donors, community members, and key stakeholders.

We are looking for a professional who ensures information on constituents is accurate and up-to-date, provides sophisticated background research on notable individuals, organisations and groups, and identifies prospects for strategic activities, programs and awards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilise advancement information systems to identify individuals and cohorts for engagement.
  • Conduct research and provide reports and recommendations to support strategic engagement.
  • Ensure constituent information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Provide background research on notable individuals, organisations and groups.
  • Identify prospects for strategic activities, programs and awards.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to manage data and produce reports using Advancement databases and systems.
