Project Coordinator Role

The successful candidate will oversee site activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and to high standards of safety and quality. This involves managing site health and safety policies, supervising sub-contractors, and communicating effectively with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all site health and safety policies and procedures are implemented
  • Supervising site sub-contractors and deliveries
  • Reporting any needs or discrepancies to the construction manager
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients
  • Meeting monthly targets and working within contracted durations
  • Coordinating site schedules and activities
  • Inspecting work phases to ensure quality standards and building codes are met

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a broad understanding of residential construction methods, proven experience on mid to large-scale commercial projects, and knowledge of OH&S legislation, policies, and procedures.
