Job Opportunity: Construction Site Manager

The ideal candidate will oversee the overall management of a construction site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

  • Management of all structural, services & finishing elements including coordination of secondary subcontractors.
  • Development and implementation of weekly work programmes.
  • Leadership and direction to the site team, promoting open communication and collaboration.
  • Attendance at regular site management meetings, driving forward project objectives.
  • Ensuring the safety of all personnel on site, with a comprehensive understanding of OH&S processes.

The successful candidate will possess a trade qualification in Carpentry, extensive experience in project management, subcontractor management, site supervision and safety systems. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with subcontractors and tradespeople are essential.

Key Qualifications:
  • Trade qualified - Carpentry
  • Proven track record delivering projects for a head contractor
  • Demonstrated experience in subcontractor management, site supervision and an understanding of safety systems
  • Ability to lead and drive projects forward, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Reliable, hardworking, strong work ethic and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective communication with subcontractors and trades.
