We're looking for a professional with expertise in training and facilitation to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in roles involving training or facilitation, such as customer onboarding, product enablement, or digital adoption.

They should be comfortable leading sessions in-person and virtually, possess strong communication skills to make complex ideas simple and engaging, and have an interest in AI and the willingness to get hands-on with tools quickly.

This is an exciting opportunity to grow your skills while helping shape Australia's AI capability team.

About the Role

As an AI Training Facilitator, you'll research, design, and deliver AI learning sessions for mid-sized and enterprise clients. You'll tailor content to different industries, roles, and AI maturity levels, working closely with our AI Explorer to bring tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot to life.

You'll create practical resources, share real-world use cases, and keep content fresh to help teams build the confidence and capability to use AI every day.

Requirements
