We are seeking a talented AI Optimization Specialist to join our team.
- Develop and optimize Reinforcement Learning models for large-scale applications, focusing on customer service, token reporting, compliance, and Web3 domain reasoning.
- Explore and evaluate advanced algorithms, including Proximal Policy Optimization (PPO), Generalized Rainbow DQN (GRDO), Deep Q-Network (DQN) with Prioritized Experience Replay (PER), Reward Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), and Agentic Reinforcement Learning.
- Apply Reinforcement Learning methods to enhance Large Language Models (LLMs), Vision Language Models (VLMs), and Agentic AI capabilities in reasoning, planning, and autonomous decision-making.
- Collaborate with engineers and researchers to integrate Reinforcement Learning solutions into enterprise AI platforms.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Machine Learning, or related fields.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Reinforcement Learning or LLM/VLM/Agentic AI optimization.
- Strong coding skills in Python, with experience in ML frameworks and RL libraries.
- Experience with large-scale distributed training and optimization.
- Self-driven, ownership mindset, and strong problem-solving skills.
