**Sustainability Role Description**: Sodexo seeks a proactive Sustainability and Decarbonisation Graduate to advance company-wide sustainability goals across Australia.

This role requires project coordination skills, stakeholder engagement, and technical expertise in environmental management.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Deploy and manage sustainability projects at remote sites.
  • Monitor and report project outcomes, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate on impactful communications with internal stakeholders.
  • Inspire and train employees to be sustainability ambassadors.
  • Contribute to energy and water audit frameworks, implementing corrective actions.
  • Track and report environmental impact of operations.
  • Explore opportunities to reduce fleet emissions and transition to renewable energy sources.
  • Analyse sustainability data for transparency and accuracy.
  • Provide expert advice on environmental sustainability, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
  • Assist in developing sustainability policies, action plans, and carbon accounting frameworks.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Environmental Science or related field.
  • Technical knowledge of environmental management, sustainability practices, and carbon reduction.

**Job Benefits:** Regular travel to remote locations across Australia will be required.
