Speech Pathologist Job Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Speech Pathologist based in Geraldton, WA, with some work from home allowed.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with communication and language disorders, including speech and dysphagia.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating and implementing treatment plans
  • Working with families and other professionals
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Participating in regular team meetings

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology
  • Experience with Communication Disorders and Language Disorders
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals and families
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice
  • Flexibility to work both in-office and remotely
  • Registration with relevant professional bodies
