Speech Pathology Opportunity

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Pathologist to deliver high-quality services in various practice areas and settings.

The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of speech pathology service delivery within an NDIS context and a proven track record of delivering person-centred therapy for individuals with developmental and/or acquired disabilities.

  • Assess, plan, implement, and deliver evidence-based services across multiple practice areas and settings.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients, families, therapy teams, and support networks.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team providing therapy services to paediatric and adult clients in diverse settings.

What We're Looking For
  • A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience delivering high-quality Speech Pathology services.
  • Experience working with clients with disabilities and their families is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Previous experience in regional or remote areas is highly preferred, though not required.
Eligibility Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and current registration with the relevant Speech Pathology governing body.
  • Proof of Working Rights (Australian Passport, Citizenship Certificate or a valid Visa).
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence.
  • Current National Police Clearance.
  • NDIS Workers Check.
  • Current Working with Children Check.

We offer a competitive remuneration package, up to 5 days of paid study leave per year + $2000 annually for professional development, and generous leave benefits – 4 weeks of annual leave with 17.5% leave loading.
