The Role

As a Culture & Engagement Partner, you will shape Crown's organisational culture and drive enterprise-wide engagement initiatives across Melbourne, Perth, and Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of employee survey programs.
  • Partner with stakeholders to cascade results, analyse sentiment, and drive action planning.
  • Support the implementation of new organisational listening platforms.
  • Design and implement exciting culture initiatives that bring our culture to life.
  • Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes for listening tools.
  • Provide insights and reporting to senior leaders, regulators, and monitors.
  • Contribute to the development of culture, learning, and DEI programs through data and strategic input.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory commitments.

About You

You will also bring:

  • Proven experience delivering enterprise-wide culture and engagement programs.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong growth mindset with experience in coaching and mentoring others.
  • Familiarity with HR technologies and survey platforms.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
