Catering Team Leader

Delivering exceptional customer experiences in airport lounges, our business combines fresh offerings with sustainable practices. We strive to minimize our environmental impact while providing a unique service proposition.

The Role:
  • Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and basic food preparation for discerning passengers.
  • Support the catering team through tasks such as clearing tables, serving drinks, washing dishes, and kitchen assistance.
  • Guide and lead colleagues throughout their shift to achieve high standards.
  • Collaborate with the Lounge Manager on daily operations.
  • Maintain an unwavering focus on delivering excellent guest experiences at all times.
  • Develop and mentor the food & beverage team to drive success.
The Requirements:
  • A current RSA certificate is mandatory.
  • Commitment to obtain Responsible Management of Licensed Venues (RMLV)/Approved Manager certification.
  • Relevant experience in Food & Beverage operations.
  • Reliable transport is preferred but not essential.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to high standards.
  • Punctuality, reliability, and trustworthiness are key.
  • A safety-focused mindset.
  • Professional appearance and personal grooming are expected.
  • Excellent communication skills, high energy, and goal-oriented approach.
