The Position
  • Preparing and serving coffee, beverages, and basic food preparation
  • Being hands-on alongside Catering Assistants with duties such as clearing tables, serving drinks, washing dishes, and assisting in the kitchen
  • Guide and lead the team throughout their shift
  • Assist the Lounge Manager with day-to-day operations
  • Maintain focus on providing an excellent guest experience at all times
  • Lead, mentor, and train the food & beverage team
The Person
  • A current RSA
  • Willingness to obtain Responsible Management of Licensed Venues (RMLV)/Approved Manager certification
  • Experience with Food & Beverage
  • Own reliable transport is preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
  • Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
  • Safety mindset
  • Well-groomed and professional in appearance
  • Contribute to the team with strong communication skills, high energy, and a goal-oriented focus
