Job Title: Catering Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Catering Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our catering services.

About the Role:

  • Preparing and serving coffee, beverages, and basic food preparation
  • Leading and guiding the team throughout their shift
  • Assisting the Lounge Manager with day-to-day operations
  • Maintaining focus on providing excellent guest experience at all times
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and quality of service

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A current RSA certification
  • Experience in Food & Beverage management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
