About this role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading retail organization as a Campaign & Media Manager.
As a key member of the Marketing division, you will be responsible for developing and executing world-class loyalty programs, customer personalisation strategies, and digital marketing campaigns.
You will lead the development and execution of highly effective customer personalisation programs, drive online sales growth, and define the company's digital roadmap.
In addition, you will ensure consistent and compelling presentation of the brand across all digital media channels, manage and optimise the digital marketing budget, and monitor key performance indicators.
You will also stay abreast of the latest digital trends and technologies, build and lead a high-performing team, and be the primary contact for all digital agencies and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a world-class loyalty program to drive member acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative strategies and campaigns.
- Lead the development and execution of highly effective customer personalisation programs.
- Drive online sales growth by developing and implementing strategies to maximise online revenue across all digital channels.
- Define and own the company's digital roadmap, collaborating with IT and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and platforms.
- Ensure consistent and compelling presentation of the brand across the website, social media platforms, and all other digital media channels.
- Manage and optimise the digital marketing budget.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on campaign performance and ROI.
- Stay abreast of the latest digital trends and technologies.
- Build and lead a high-performing team.
- Be the primary contact for all digital agencies and partners.
Requirements
- Tertiary level education, preferably in Communications or Marketing.
- 7+ years' experience in digital media, commerce, and marketing.
- 3+ years leading teams.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful loyalty programs with a demonstrated track record of driving member acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Experience in developing and implementing data-driven digital marketing strategies with a focus on customer segmentation, personalisation, and targeted campaigns.
- Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and data analytics platforms.
- Proven ability to manage and optimise digital marketing budgets effectively.
- Experience in managing and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for digital and a strong understanding of the evolving digital landscape.
