Are you a results-driven hospitality professional seeking a challenging leadership role in a dynamic restaurant environment? As an Assistant Venue Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a high-performing team and drive sales growth while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

This key position involves overseeing Front of House operations, including rostering and on-shift management, as well as overall management of FOH operational facets. You will be responsible for adhering to and auditing OH&S and Food Hygiene procedures, identifying opportunities to build sales and revenue while controlling costs, and ensuring superior service and quality to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

A successful candidate will possess demonstrated hospitality experience within a high-volume restaurant environment, preferably with qualifications in Hospitality. Proven management experience and outstanding leadership capability, combined with a strong focus on customer service, are essential. A can-do attitude, ability to act efficiently and resiliently, and drive to create a supportive culture that motivates and develops your team are also required. You must be able to work productively during busy trading periods, including weeknights and weekends.
