About the Role
  • Lead by Example: Drive engagement and results with your team.
  • Operational Excellence: Handle rostering, recruitment, stock, and compliance.
  • Crew Development: Help your team thrive through check-ins, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • Performance Management: Manage profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs to keep the restaurant running smoothly.
