Senior Digital Experience Designer

As a senior design leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing design strategies that drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the design direction for our digital products and experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elicit and contextualize problems and requirements
- Design user-centered solutions from concept and research phases through to deployment and iteration
- Develop and maintain design documentation and knowledge libraries
- Lead design activities for cross-functional teams and facilitate co-design workshops to define problems and opportunities aligned to customer and member needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize design initiatives and projects
- Communicate design decisions and recommendations to stakeholders and team members
- Coach and mentor team members in design best practices and methodologies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies and apply this knowledge to improve design processes and outcomes
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in relevant digital experience design industry roles
- Proven ability to effectively lead and facilitate workshops to elicit outcomes
- Strong relationship with craft and ability to lead innovative change that delivers outcomes and value
- Adaptability and empathy with a strong sense of self-awareness and passion
- Ability to engage and influence key stakeholders, developing business relationships and creating advocacy for our member's needs and experience design as a practice
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines without compromising delivery of quality outcomes
