Assistant Store Leader

We are seeking an experienced retail professional to lead our store team as an Assistant Store Leader. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, management, and customer service.

  • This is a senior role within the store, responsible for assisting the Store Manager with operational tasks, including rostering, general administration, staff training, inventory planning, and problem-solving.
  • The successful candidate will be expected to motivate staff to achieve sales targets and ensure company policies and procedures are upheld.

In this role, you will also be responsible for ensuring all staffing, escalation, and operational issues are handled correctly. Additionally, you will support the Store Manager in implementing sales training and e-learning programs, as well as assist with daily and monthly reporting and inventory management.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in retail, preferably in a high-end or luxury product sector.
  • Proven customer service skills and ability to motivate staff to achieve sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex issues.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
