Overview

Responsibilities
  • Driving sales with your team to achieve targets and KPIs.
  • Assisting your Store Leader with training, developing and succession planning of your team — we love to promote from within.
  • Supporting daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising and housekeeping.

Qualifications
  • You are passionate about delivering a phenomenal in-store experience and influencing the local active community through events, campaigns and collaborations.
  • You believe the Lorna Jane experience is second to none and you maintain an exceptional store through effective merchandising.
  • You look for opportunities for people, profitability and process; you are hungry for success and never give up on achieving goals.
  • You seek to pass on knowledge by coaching and mentoring your team to drive performance opportunities for people, profitability or process.
  • You love driving targets and KPIs and you motivate your team to achieve profitability through effective rostering, minimizing stock shrinkage and inventory management.
