Role Overview

This role involves assisting customers with all personal lending and credit cards enquiries, executing lending requests including conducting needs analysis and completing lending applications.

Key responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound customer calls, performing welcome calls, identifying opportunities for growth and nurturing long-term customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess a good understanding of the Bank's lending products, policies and regulations, extensive customer service experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to build relationships with customers and key stakeholders, proactive and adaptable nature with a willingness to learn and grow, strong technical capabilities with an interest in digital and self-service offerings, and excellent organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding personal lending and credit cards.
