Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team at our Seaford centre. As an educator at Eden Academy, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality programs that promote learning, socialisation, and emotional intelligence in our children.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging programs that meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
  • Collaborate with other educators to plan and deliver curriculum programs.


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:



  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
  • Proficiency in EYLF and National Quality Standards.
  • Australian Working Rights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality early childhood education.
