Job Description

We are seeking a Casual Learning Support Assistant to join our team in the Upper Hunter region. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will provide support and assistance to students and teachers in our schools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to students with diverse needs
  • Assist teachers in the classroom and with lesson planning
  • Support student transitions and enrolment processes
  • Implement adjustments and interventions for individual students and groups
  • Administer assessments and deliver interventions under the direction of a teacher
Requirements
  • Current paid NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) number
  • Completion of anaphylaxis training
  • Certificate III or IV in School Based Education Support or experience in schools (desirable)
