Job Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to lead our Food and Beverage Team. As a leader, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, exceptional guest service, and maintaining high standards of food safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Food and Beverage Team Members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist with scheduling and managing staffing levels on a daily basis.
  • Directly assist in frontline operational requirements such as food preparation, kitchen operation, and counter service.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Barista qualifications
  • RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with quality customer service principles
  • Able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Computer literacy and experience with point-of-sale systems
  • Previous experience in training and advising others
