We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Job Coach

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping individuals achieve their employment goals.

As a Job Coach, you will be responsible for placing job seekers into sustainable employment and education, providing high-quality, individually tailored services. You will prepare job seekers within the Workforce Australia program for employment by:

  • Placing job seekers into sustainable employment leading to outcomes;
  • Actively promoting job seekers to local and national employers through marketing activities and building employer networks and vacant positions;
  • Understanding local labour market needs and skill our job seekers accordingly;
  • Encouraging and motivating job seekers to find their own employment.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Motivation and drive to achieve customer service and sales targets;
  • Ability to motivate and encourage job seekers;
  • Proven experience working with targets and KPIs;
  • Ability to successfully manage a caseload;
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office computing package;
  • Previous Employment Services experience highly regarded (although not essential);
  • Current Police Clearance no greater than 6 months old (or ability to obtain).
