Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Job Coach to join our team at a leading Australian organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the successful placement and transition of job seekers into sustainable employment and/or education. This involves preparing job seekers within the Workforce Australia program for employment, placing them into sustainable jobs, actively marketing participants to potential employers, and gaining a good understanding of the local labour market needs and skill our job seekers accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare job seekers for employment through various activities and training programs.
  • Place job seekers into suitable employment opportunities that meet their skills and qualifications.
  • Actively market job seekers to potential employers to increase their chances of securing employment.
  • Gather intelligence on the local labour market to ensure job seekers are equipped with the necessary skills to succeed in their chosen field.

Requirements:

  • Motivation and drive to achieve customer service and sales targets.
  • Ability to motivate and encourage job seekers to find employment.
  • Proven experience working with targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Ability to successfully manage a caseload of job seekers.
  • Intermediate skills in the use of Microsoft Office.
  • Previous Employment Services experience highly regarded.
