The Northern Complex seeks a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee operations across the region. The COO will be a key member of the complex leadership team, requiring strong business acumen and leadership skills.
This role is the operational leader for the Northern Complex, partnering with stakeholders to achieve results, enforcing company policies and guidelines, managing organizational structure and change processes, overseeing budgets, and contributing to program development and committees.
