Android Application Development Role

As a skilled Android developer, you will play a crucial role in creating innovative mobile application features that meet the high expectations of our large customer base.

  • Develop and refine Android applications to enhance user experience.
  • Implement new features, optimise performance, and resolve issues to maintain stability and reliability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Proficiency in working within a Mac/Linux development environment.
  • Passion for user-centric design and a commitment to enhancing user satisfaction through continuous app improvements.
  • Proficiency in Kotlin and Java, with strong knowledge of the Android SDK and the challenges of supporting various Android devices and versions.
  • Strong understanding of Android UI development, including traditional Views and Jetpack Compose.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and integration with back-end services.
  • Experience with Git or other version control systems, including conducting and participating in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
