Job Description:

The NSW Crime Commission is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join their team as a Senior Policy and Project Governance Officer. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of policies and projects that promote safety and well-being in New South Wales.

As a Senior Policy and Project Governance Officer, you will be responsible for providing strategic advice on policy development and implementation, as well as managing projects to ensure timely and effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies and projects that align with the Commission's strategic objectives
  • Provide expert advice on policy development and implementation
  • Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and effective delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address policy and project needs
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of policy development and project management principles. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

A relevant tertiary qualification in a field such as public policy, governance, or project management would be highly regarded. Additionally, experience working in a similar role or industry would be advantageous.
