About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Engineer - Structural to join our progressive Rail / Civil team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions across Western Australia. Your expertise in infrastructure projects, including rail, highways, bridges, bulk earthworks, and structures/FRP, will be essential in driving our success.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent tertiary qualification and a member of, or eligible to be a member of Engineers Australia.
  • At least 5 years' experience in infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on project management fundamentals, site engineering, and major projects delivery.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor team members.
  • Strong programming and planning experience, with a focus on delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
