This role involves providing exceptional customer service and being the welcoming face of a thriving dental centre.
Key Responsibilities:- Delivering courteous, prompt, and accurate responses to all patient and staff enquiries.
- Responding to phones within established performance targets and ensuring all calls are monitored and responded to throughout the day.
- Maximising patient appointments and minimising schedule gaps.
- Maintaining a neat personal appearance and excellent presentation.
- Proficiency in appointment booking and account management systems.
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy at all times.
