Effective Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic professional to fill this full-time role as a Customer Care Coordinator. This exciting opportunity is perfect for a self-starter who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and eager to advance their career in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact in our customer journey, providing outstanding service to clients on a daily basis. Additionally, you will be involved in general administration tasks such as appointment scheduling, claims management, reception duties, invoicing, and promotional activities.
This role offers a positive work environment with opportunities for bonus money every month. To be successful in this position, you will need prior experience delivering high-quality customer service in a retail or allied health setting.
You will also need to have proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to prioritize tasks within a busy environment, and a strong administrative background. A positive and team-oriented attitude, along with the ability to work autonomously, is essential for this role.
