Aged Care Operations Manager

Our Residential Services team is seeking an experienced leader to manage the day-to-day operations of our 90-bed residence with a memory support unit.
- Liaise with General Managers and staff to ensure efficient operational management and high-quality care for residents.
- Responsible for budget management, employee engagement, quality assurance, and clinical care.
About You:
- Prior leadership experience in aged care services, demonstrating ability to work unsupervised and promote positive workplace environments.
- Effective communication skills, building strong relationships with stakeholders and prioritizing patience, common sense, and compassion.
Requirements:
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1).
- Knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Act, ACFI, Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards, and relevant legislation.
