Architectural Design Expert
">We are seeking a skilled and passionate Architectural Draftsperson to join our design studio in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and success of our residential projects.
">About the Role:
">- Prepare detailed design and development feasibility studies in line with planning regulations.
- Develop concept plans for client approvals, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Produce accurate working drawings, elevations, and documentation that meet industry standards.
- Collaborate effectively with architects and builders to enhance design outcomes and drive project success.
- Communicate professionally with clients and regulatory authorities to ensure seamless project delivery and satisfaction.
- Take ownership of the detailing and documentation process, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing efficiencies as needed.
Required Skills:
">- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Architectural/design/drafting, with a strong foundation in residential design principles.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a residential design & drafting role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work.
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD, with expertise in utilizing software to streamline workflows and enhance design outcomes.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of construction methodologies and council approval processes.
