**About the Role:**

We're looking for a Cleaning and Trolley Collection Team Member. This role ensures customers have a safe and seamless shopping experience while creating a welcoming store environment.

**Responsibilities Include:**

- Completing cleaning tasks across all departments and throughout the store
- Using equipment to sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and buff floors throughout the shop, team rooms, toilets, and offices
- Cleaning, dusting, and wiping shelving and equipment throughout the store, including team rooms and toilets
- Collecting trolleys from the store and carpark, regardless of weather conditions
- Working both indoors and outdoors, trusting employees to work autonomously

**Requirements:**

- Providing excellent customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and demonstrating a strong work ethic
- Working independently and following instructions
- Physical fitness is essential as you'll be lifting up to 17kgs and working on your feet constantly
- Availability for shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days a week
- Ability to get to work outside of public transport hours
