Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual who possesses excellent communication skills, can multitask efficiently, and type above 50 wpm.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing data entry in various software applications, triaging service tickets, and coordinating resource allocation.

  • Data Entry: The candidate will perform timely and accurate data entry in ConnectWise, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Triage and Coordination: They will triage service tickets, allocate resources effectively, and manage the service queue to ensure efficient workflow and quality control.
  • Maintenance and Reporting: The candidate will coordinate proactive and preventative maintenance work, compile service operations reports, and manage freight bookings.
  • Helpdesk Support: They will provide support via helpdesk phone calls and arrange travel bookings as needed.
